I was planning to upload a remix to “grain of pain” but apparently i need to be a supporter. It sucks, buy i guess ai and stolen media also sucks. I wont be able to post for a while, considering i need at least 3 dollars to become a supporter.

I am not all-knowing, but this is the very first time I heard of somebody requiring supporter status to upload - or requiring to be scouted for that matter.
A screenshot of the error message in question might provide some more clarity.

Don't lose hope! Someone can scout you and you'll be able to upload. The only problem with that is, as I'm writing this, there seems to be an issue with even scouted users having issues with not being able to upload.
I'm sure it will get addressed soon, so stay patient and keep updated if it changes!~
